These wondrously fragrant blossoms make a sweet, delicate, otherworldly tea that is simply IMPOSSIBLE to forget! Brewed with a dollop of honey and a splash of fresh milk, it surpasses chamomile tea by a thousand miles! This tea is also amazingly beneficial for combating colds and respiratory problems, and can be used to flavor syrups, jellies, cakes (just look at the British royal wedding!) and my family's famous mountain elderflower fritters! Place a generous tablespoon of blossoms in a teabag or tea ball, cover with 8-10 oz. of boiling water and let steep no less that 10 minutes. Add a dollop of honey and a splash of milk or half and half, sit back and enjoy! Please note: Elderflower blossoms grow on very thin, viney stalks that are difficult to remove completely, so there may be some tiny, dried twigs contained in this tea. However, this will not affect the flavor in any way!
